The numbers presented by the title refers to the coordinate of San Uk Ling Holding Centre, a detention facility operated by the Hong Kong police force. The facility rapidly gained its notoriety as a symbol of oppression in the history of Hong Kong, where numerous protestors - young people most of all - during the 2019 anti-expedition law / pro-democratic protests were sent, brutalised, and sexually assulted by police officers. This work is dedicated to all the freedom fighters in Hong Kong, who strive to keep Hong Kong free from succumbing to the hands of an authoritarian regime.
