More than ever, in a world of exclusion on this continent which is splitting up, it is necessary to reaffirm the social model of music. It is an art turned entirely towards the concordance of forces, the union of temperaments, and the tuning of voices. An art that exists only through the harmony of the whole in which divergences are resolved.

Under this title 'Ensemble' (Together), both slogan and word of necessity, Archipel 2017 is celebrating an art of living together, which we would like to see transposed to other communities, and which is practiced massively by the younger generation of musicians to whom we widely open our concerts.
