Born in France, Anne started playing percussion at the age of 16. She then went on to study at the Chalon sur Saône conservatory where she achieved one of two performance diplomas, the second was from Créteil conservatory in Paris where she studied with Francis Brana.

Whilst still studying classical percussion Anne developed a keen interest in world music and formed many new and exciting ensembles such as “Celtic whirl” an Irish folk band and “Zalinde” a Brazilian Batucada band.

In 2008 she moved to Switzerland to study a bachelor of music at the Geneva conservatory of music. It was during these years that she met Alexandra, Viva

and Raphael and “Batida” was formed.

After graduating with a Bmus Honours degree in 2011 she became the Principal percussionist of the Kwazulu-Natal Philharmonic Orchestra (KZNPO) of Durban, South Africa.

Since her return in France and in Switzerland, her spread so much as musician of orchestra, by being additional in the Lyon Opera as well as in the Orchestre Suisse Romande (OSR) of Geneva, that by being an interpreter within the various whole contemporary music: Ensemble batida and Eklekto (Geneva percussion Center association).

Bulding her strong interests for Street arts and jazz music, she is bulding a duet with Marta Nistal, circassian, and is learning double bass.
