During grammar school and at a very young age, the flutist Riccarda Caflisch entered Hochschule für Musik in Zurich in 1988. After graduating from grammar school, she took up her studies in the works of Christian Studler in Bern. In the context of this education, she interned with the Bernese Symphony Orchestra. During her studies she already performed as a solist artist with renowned orchestras such as Camerata Zürich, Neues Zürcher Kammerorchester or Malikian Ensemble in Spain.
