Clemens K. Thomas (*1992) is currently earning an Artistic Diploma at the Musikhochschule Freiburg under the guidance of Johannes Schöllhorn. Previously, he graduated at the same institution with degrees in composition (BM, MM) and harpsichord (BM). His main interests are the creative handling of musical tradition and vocal music—especially in musical theatre. His portfolio contains mostly chamber music; vocal and musical theater pieces; room-situated compositions for concerts in a mine or in an old bus; as well as installative works.
