Still Love Songs. It is possible to interpret the title in three different ways: more love songs, immobile songs of love and songs of immobile love. All three give a vision of the piece, constructed using an extract from a song from the 80s (never really recognisable). Through a combination of amplification and imitation, the soloist and the electronics become one single item of sound that sings, pulsates and radiates with minimal and subtle changes in both colour and rhythm. Like a painting by Rothko, the slightest change in hue brings about great meaning.
